For example, relocatable manufactured homes with sizes between 10 - 40 feet in length and 6 - 10 feet in width will obviously be cheaper than prefab steel buildings that are larger in size.

To understand the price difference between portacabins and container houses, you first need to understand the difference between portable cabins (or portacabins)
and container homes.

Let's start with portacabins.

Now, about portacabins.

Portacabins are built using prefabricated sandwich panels.

In our case, we build made in Nigeria portacabins and prefab houses using polyurethane insulated sandwich panels.

This means that prefab houses and portable cabins are insulated buildings. Since insulation is an expensive venture, portacabins are naturally more expensive
than container houses.

On the other hand, container homes are built using mild steel sheets as well as other mild steel materials.

The basic container houses we build are not insulated. Hence, they are substantially cheaper than portacabins. And this will be pretty obvious when you compare the
manufactured homes prices for portacabins and container houses.

Question: Can container houses be insulated?

Answer: Yes, of course!
